Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased on-site at the park or online in advance, depending on how you prefer to plan your visit. Advance booking is not required. Tickets are sold on-site daily during park opening hours, allowing guests to arrive without prior planning.

Children between 1.2 m and 1.5 m in height require a child ticket. Children under 1.2 m may enter the park free of charge.

Ticket prices vary during peak travel periods and public holidays. Visitors are encouraged to check the latest pricing details in advance. Ticket purchases, pricing, and refund or cancellation policies are governed by the terms of the platform or channel through which the ticket is purchased.

What does the on-site VIP ticket include?

On-site VIP tickets can be purchased at the reception counter on the day of the visit. No advance booking is required.

How do online tickets work, and where can I buy them?

Online standard tickets can be purchased through various channels including the Riyuegu Official WeChat Mini Program (search “Riyuegu”) and Trip.com (search “Riyuegu Hot Springs”). Online tickets include standard park access and require advance planning.

Pricing reference

Prices typically start from around ¥188 for adults on weekdays, with higher rates on weekends and peak periods. Promotional rates may be available through booking platforms. For current pricing on your travel dates, check your preferred booking platform.

Standard access includes use of hot spring pools, water therapy pools, swimming pools, thermal wellness facilities such as steam rooms, saunas, and heated stone areas, rest areas with complimentary beverages, changing facilities, showers, amenities, lockers, and use of up to three towels during the visit.

Online standard tickets and on-site VIP tickets differ in inclusions and pricing.

Are there package options?

Yes. In addition to entry tickets, optional packages are available both on-site and through online channels. These may include entry in combination with items such as massage treatments, meals, Fish Spa, or other wellness experiences. Group tickets, such as bundled pricing for two adults and one child, may also be available.

Do hotel guests receive special pricing for the park?

Yes. Guests who stay with us are eligible for preferential guest rates. Prices start at 128 RMB for adults. Guests can confirm current rates with the hotel front desk at check-in.

What payment methods are available on-site?

A range of payment options is supported on-site, including cash, major international credit cards, and local mobile payments such as WeChat Pay and Alipay.

Can I leave and re-enter the park on the same ticket?

No. All park tickets are valid for single entry only. Once guests leave the park, re-entry is not permitted using the same ticket.

If I'm visiting with a group but don't plan to soak, do I still need a ticket?

Yes. All visitors entering the park are required to hold a valid entry ticket, regardless of whether they plan to use the hot spring pools.

For privacy and comfort, hot spring pool areas are intended for guests in swimwear or bathrobe only. Guests who do not wish to soak may spend time in designated dining, rest, and leisure areas that are open to all visitors, allowing them to remain with their group. Staff are available to guide guests to suitable areas during the visit.

If you prefer not to enter the park, a café serving snacks and drinks is located just outside the reception area, along with a gift shop. Areas such as The Origin and the Path of Blessings can be visited without park entry. The Retreat (a private room facility with hourly rental) may also be accessed independently of park admission.

Getting Here

How long does it take to reach Riyuegu by taxi, and how much does it cost?

Riyuegu Hotsprings can be reached easily by taxi or ride-hailing services from Xiamen city center, the airport, and major railway stations.

The following travel times and fares are provided as a general reference:

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes. Visitors travelling by metro may take Xiamen Metro Line 2 and transfer to a dedicated shuttle service.

The dedicated shuttle service operates between Dongfu Station (Metro Line 2, Exit 4) and Riyuegu Hotsprings:
• From Dongfu Station Exit 4 to the park: departures on the hour and at half past
• From the park to Dongfu Station Exit 4: departures at 15 and 45 past the hour
• Runs every 30 minutes
• No advance booking required
• Operates throughout park opening hours

Facilities & Services

What are the park's operating hours? Are all facilities open year-round?

Riyuegu Hotsprings Park is open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm throughout the year.

Individual pools or facilities may occasionally close temporarily for maintenance. These works are carried out on a rotating basis, and a wide range of facilities remains available at all times. Operating arrangements may vary on public holidays.

What should I bring for a day visit?

Swimwear is required for all pool areas. A swimming cap is required for use of the swimming pool and Lotus Island water therapy pool. Slippers are recommended.

Towels and essential amenities are provided on-site. Some guests bring waterproof pouches for personal items. Essentials are also available for purchase at the gift shop.

Do I need to bring identification to enter the park?

No identification is required for general park entry.

Identification may be required when purchasing or using certain locally issued or promotional ticket types. Guests using The Retreat (a private room facility) must register identification in accordance with local regulations. International guests may use passports where identification is required.

Is smoking allowed in the park?

Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Are the hot springs indoors or outdoors? Are there different pool temperatures?

Facilities are available in open-air, sheltered, and indoor settings. Pool temperatures vary by design and location and are adjusted seasonally.

Do I need to book massages in advance?

Advance booking is not required, and walk-in availability is often possible. During peak periods, guests with specific timing preferences may wish to book in advance.

Are there places to eat inside the park?

Yes. Dining is available within the park. Moon Pavilion offers Fujian specialties, Southeast Asian dishes, set meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks.

Is the park very large? Will it be difficult to navigate?

The park is large but designed for relaxed exploration. Clear signage and staff guidance make navigation straightforward.

Is Riyuegu accessible for guests with mobility needs?

Yes. Riyuegu Hotsprings includes step-free access routes, accessible pathways, designated parking spaces, and accessible restroom facilities. Wheelchairs are available on request. Guests who require assistance may inform staff upon arrival, and support can be arranged where needed.

Does Riyuegu get crowded?

Visitor levels vary by time and date. The scale of the park helps distribute guests across different areas, allowing many visitors to find quieter spaces even during busier periods.

What is the best time to visit Riyuegu Hotsprings?

Riyuegu Hotsprings is open year-round.

Spring and autumn offer mild weather. Summer includes shaded areas and cooler pools, while winter places greater emphasis on warmer pools and thermal rooms. Visitor levels are typically higher during public holidays and lower on weekdays outside major travel periods.

Are the facilities clean and well maintained?

Yes. Facilities are maintained to high standards, and hot spring water in themed pools is refreshed several times daily.

Is photography allowed inside the park?

Photography is permitted in most areas. For privacy reasons, photography is not permitted in changing rooms.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.

Is English spoken at Riyuegu?

Is Riyuegu suitable if I don't want to soak for long periods?

Yes. Continuous soaking is not required. Guests may move between pools, rest areas, dining spaces, play zones, and wellness or leisure facilities.

How do I book a room, and how much does it cost?

What identification is required to stay at the hotel?

Valid identification is required at check-in. International guests may use passports.

What amenities are included with a hotel room?

Each guest room includes a private natural mineral hot spring bath. In-room amenities include Wi-Fi, local calls, bedding, bathrobes, towels, toiletries, and hairdryer.

Are laundry facilities available at the hotel?

Yes. Full laundry service is available on-site. Self-service facilities are also available for guests who prefer to do their own laundry.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. Guests staying at the hotel may begin using on-site facilities or park tickets before check-in.

Does the hotel have a gym and swimming pool?

Hotel guests have complimentary access to Haven Club facilities, including fitness spaces, swimming pools, hot spring pools, massage or leisure rooms, and children’s areas.

Hot spring bathing may not be suitable for guests with certain medical conditions. Guests are encouraged to consult a medical professional if unsure.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Guests aged 70 and above are required to inform staff of their age and physical condition on arrival. They must be accompanied throughout their visit, including in the hot spring pools, by an adult aged 18 to 69 who is in good health, has full civil capacity, and is able to provide appropriate care.
